I had an amazing stay! The breakfast was good, offering a variety of meats, cheeses, and homemade cakes. Plus, the garden was a serene oasis, perfect for relaxing. Just note that the room decor is even more charming in person than the photos suggest!

Overall the staff was thoughtful and caring. I have stayed in twin/double room with a high standard everyday, marble floors, for instance for 4 nights. The food choices were superb.

The breakfast spread was a culinary treasure, with delicious cappuccinos and a good garden with lemon trees for a beautiful start to the day. Andrea's hospitality was heartwarming, and his local tips.
Really nothing bad to say, but if I had to nitpick, the bed had a little squeak to it, made me worry about waking my wife when I shifted positions, yet everything else shined brightly.

There are cameras installed throughout the main areas, which can feel intrusive. Some furnishings in the bathroom appeared damaged, and breakfast could use a bit more variety.

public parking availability, proximity to Domus Aurea, spacious rooms
The presence of cameras felt intrusive!!! Some furnishings in the bathroom seemed damaged, which isn't exactly what you'd expect for a stay!!! Noise from the street could be quite bothersome, especially at night!!!

The location's sweet as, just a hop to the Colosseum! But the breakfast was kind of meh-only basic options. Andrea was a gem, though!

great location but breakfast could improve
The location was great, just a short walk from the Colosseum. The hosts were genuinely cute. I appreciated the beautiful garden view from our beautiful room.
Breakfast was basic and lacked variety, disappointing.

Located in a residential area. Spacious room with quality amenities and a beautiful garden for breakfast. Andrea's warmth. A great retreat after exploring nearby attractions.
A bit of street noise at night. And the bed creaked slightly.

Charming spot near everything!
Stayed here 3 nights and loved it! The rooms were super stylish and comfy. I especially loved the afternoon tea with fresh cakes. It was cool to unwind in the courtyard after a day out. Only bummer was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. Still, Andrea was great.
